- Military Service Members & Veterans: We offer 10% off your daily rate to active military members and veterans! Use promo code MIL at checkout and present valid military ID or proof of veteran status. Thank you for your service!

Cancellation Policy
- For reservations cancelled at least 14 days before your arrival date: You'll receive a full refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee.
- For Daily Reservations cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date (except holidays & special events): Your deposit, which is equal to the first night's rate, will be forfeited. However, if your reservation was for multiple days, any remaining nights will be refunded.
- For reservations cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date during holidays & special events (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween Weekends): You will forfeit your entire reservation amount.
- Seasonal & Monthly Reservations: Deposits to hold spots are non-refundable.
- Daily Reservations: The cancellation fee is equal to the first night's rate (this is also your deposit).
- We cannot accept cancellations on the day of check-in.
RV's exceeding the site's maximum length: The online booking system is programmed for each site's allowable maximum length. Reservations that exceed the site's maximum allowable length upon arrival will not receive a refund.
