Gotta Getaway RV Park Cancellation Policy
This policy governs the cancellation and rescheduling of all reservations.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Reservations booked under a **"Non-Refundable" rate.**
- **Travel Protection Fees.**
- **Seasonal and Monthly reservation deposits** (deposits to hold spots are non-refundable for any reason).
Standard Rate Cancellation Matrix

| 7 days or more before arrival | Refund issued, minus a **$10 cancellation fee.** | Choose a full refund as a **Gotta Getaway Gift Certificate** to waive the $10 fee. |
| Within 7 days of arrival (Non-Holiday) | Deposit (the **first night's rate**) is **forfeited.** Any remaining pre-paid nights will be refunded. | **Forfeit is waived** if you choose to receive the full amount paid as a **Gotta Getaway Gift Certificate.** |
| Within 7 days of arrival (Holidays/Special Events*) | You will **forfeit 100% of your entire reservation amount.** | The gift certificate option **is not available** for these forfeitures. |
*Holidays & Special Event Weekends include: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Halloween Weekends.
Rescheduling Policy
- Non-Refundable Status: Reservations booked under a "Non-Refundable" rate **cannot be rescheduled** for any reason.
- Rescheduling within 14 Days (Standard Rate): If you choose to **reschedule** your Standard Rate reservation within **14 days of your original arrival date,** your reservation immediately becomes **Non-Refundable** and cannot be changed or canceled again for a monetary refund.
- Holiday/Special Event Rescheduling: Reservations for specified holiday and special event weekends **cannot be rescheduled within 7 days of your arrival date.**
Important Notes
- Day of Check-in: Cancellations or rescheduling are **not permitted after 12:00 AM (midnight) on the scheduled date of check-in.** Guests who do not arrive (No-Shows) will forfeit 100% of the reservation amount.
- Daily Deposit: For all Daily Standard Rate Reservations, the required deposit is equal to the **first night's rate.**
- Gift Certificate Expiration: Gift Certificates must be used for a future stay within **three (3) years** of the issue date.
RV's exceeding the site's maximum length: The online booking system is programmed for each site's allowable maximum length. Reservations that exceed the site's maximum allowable length upon arrival will not receive a refund.
